Leading the future
An inspiring programme
programme for young leaders.
Do you want to help shape the future?
As a commercial director with 30 years of experience in leading large teams, the promotion of young talent is particularly close to my heart. In an ever-changing world, we need a new generation of leaders – visionary, courageous and inspiring.

Mona EL Mansouri
Motivation. Inspiration. Courage. Leadership.
The challenges as a young director in particular have taught me a lot. It is therefore important to me to pass on my knowledge to the next generation.
The challenges were and are manifold – but with the right inner attitude and mindset, they can be trained and solved.
In my training sessions, I provide young managers with “tools” that enable them to cope better with the demands of everyday working life.
In my training, young professionals learn to deal with the following questions and situations, among others:
- How is a young person taken seriously despite their age?
- How can a young manager incorporate the knowledge of the older generation into their management style in the smartest and most profitable way?
- How can a young executive learn to deal with criticism and hostility?
- How can young professionals learn to manage their own behaviour and that of their team members in a solution-oriented way, especially in stressful situations?
- How can creativity and energy be integrated into the sometimes rigid corset of everyday working life?
- How do young managers learn to deal with pressure and say “no”?
My approach to Leadership New Generation is based on three pillars:
01.
Innovation
02.
Inclusion
03.
Impact
I believe that real managers are innovators. They don’t just think outside the box, they actively shape the future of their team and their organisation. “Leadership New Generation” promotes creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
A modern team leader is aware of the diversity in their team and creates an environment in which each individual can realise their full potential. Learn to value diversity and utilise the strengths of each individual team member to achieve common goals.
True leadership goes beyond mere management. It leaves a lasting impression and inspires others to give their best. Leadership New Generation focuses on empowering leaders to have a positive impact on their team, their organisation and the world around them.
