Leadership Workshops & Seminars

Personalised training programmes

For me, the most important thing is to develop a concept that is right for the company. That’s why I attach great importance to a personal and detailed initial consultation to clarify your needs.

"An investment in your personal development. A wealth of opportunities. A meaningful leadership training programme should last at least one day."

Quality takes time

“A master is the one who practices”

The duration of a leadership training programme can vary from one day to several months. Depending on the needs of the company and the participants, a training programme can be designed individually.

Minimum duration:

A meaningful leadership training programme should last at least one day. During this time, participants learn the most important fundamentals of leadership. We discuss the different approaches based on situations from the everyday practice of the manager.

Maximum duration:

The maximum duration of a leadership training programme is not limited. There are also multi-year programmes that accompany managers on their career path and help them to develop continuously.

Location of the leadership training programme:

Leadership training can take place in-house at the company or externally at a seminar centre or conference hotel.
At the same time, I regularly work ONLINE with my clients.

My special 2 - day workshop:

"Communication training & authentic leadership"

Good leadership means self-reflection, becoming aware of and becoming conscious of behaviour, one’s own and that of others.
This workshop offers participants a special kind of “school of life” in two compact days:

This is because the programme and its content cover topics that you will often encounter in life. In every area in which people interact with each other, the tools and impulses that I impart to the participants in this seminar are valuable supporters. What you learn will help you to develop and grow.

“The reason for my change lies not in another person, but in me.”

As a director, I know the importance of a successful “change” of the main character.

You are the main character. You play the leading role.

The hero or heroine of a story changes on their way to their goal. In most cases for the better.
During these two days, you too will begin to scrutinise yourself, you will trigger the change.

Self-restraint
& Self-control

“Where there is light, there is also shadow”

You learn to embrace not only your strengths, but also your weaknesses.
Showing weakness requires courage. The weaker you are, the stronger you are.

Confrontation
with the leadership position

“If you want to lead, you have to be able to lead yourself”

Even a manager needs a “mirror”:
Which leadership style suits you?
What role do you want and need to take on depending on the context and situation?

Leadership at it`s best

“What does the Stoic philosophy of life have to do with leadership?”

Immerse yourself in the Stoics’ world of thought.
Their ancient wisdom will help you face the challenges of a complex world.
