Life Coaching for Executives
One-on-one for CEO´s
Work is a pillar in your life – one that you ideally enjoy and one that you experience as meaningful. Life coaching offers executives the opportunity to reflect on whether other areas of life besides work need to be reviewed.

The key to personal and professional satisfaction
Life coaching offers managers a valuable key to personal and corporate satisfaction.
Strategically organise your life according to your needs. So what are your priorities? What are your needs?
- Nurturing your interpersonal relationships
- Family and friends – where are these areas on your list of priorities?
- What do you need – outside of your work – to lead a fulfilling life?

Why life coaching is important for executives
“For a long time as an advertising director, I thought I had to know everything as a leader – I always had to perform well.”
But does a manager have to? No.
Admitting that showing weakness means strength and that as a senior executive you don’t have to move forward like a well-oiled, perfectly functioning machine is an important milestone in personal development.
In this context, life coaching supports managers in creating their own “biotope”. A biotope that helps them to give their full commitment without giving up or completely exhausting themselves.
In order to meet the challenges, it is therefore important for managers to become aware of their resources, to “recharge” them again and again, to “take care” of themselves. Become aware of your needs and respect them.
What constitutes a successful life for me? What am I without my work?
You will learn to::
- recognise and filter your own needs. This includes, for example, admitting that you need help.
- examine your own identity – what am I without my work?
- realise your doubts and fears.
- formulate action steps for yourself that serve your health and satisfaction.
- develop an organic connection between work and private life.
- Start implementing these results. Get into action.
Executives are caught between high expectations, complex challenges and the pursuit of a healthy work-life balance. Life coaching offers many advantages in this context:
Increase stress resistance and emotional well-being
Life coaching teaches techniques for coping with stress and self-care that help executives to remain calm and productive even in challenging situations.
Promotion of a healthy and balanced
work-life-balance
Life coaching enables executives to manage their time effectively, set priorities and draw boundaries between work and private life.
Life coaching and leadership training -
A synergetic combination
Life coaching and leadership training are complementary approaches that complete and reinforce each other. While leadership training focusses on teaching leadership tools and techniques, life coaching focuses on personal development and the individual development of the manager’s potential.
The integration of life coaching into a leadership training programme enables executives to anchor the leadership skills they have learnt in their personal context and implement them sustainably. This creates a holistic development process that strengthens both the professional and personal skills of the individual executive.
