I have been directing commercials for 30 years.
I can’t say that the beginning was easy, nobody was waiting for me when I announced that I wanted to direct. So I fought, learnt to deal with rejections and kept at it. Little by little, success came. Golden times followed, and for some years now I have added another way of working with people to directing.
I have been a certified business trainer and coach for 5 years.

As a female director and the first woman in this male-dominated business of advertising, I had to deal with the topic of LEADERSHIP early on.

About Me
Take care of your people
In my 30-year career as a director, I have shot around 500 commercials. I have always been very lucky to have a team at my side that supported me in my ideas and often made the impossible possible.
Whenever I have been particularly successful as a director in taking the lead and empowering my crew, you could see that in the films.
This aspect of togetherness has always played a major role in my style and my work as a director and it continues to this day in my work as a leadership trainer and coach.
